My recent appointment to Cincinnati City Council was the culmination of years of hard
work by many people – many family, friends and supporters. I am truly honored by all that
they have done for me, and I am humbled by the opportunity to serve our community.
But, simply becoming a member of Council does not end our journey, because the goal was
never to just get here. The goal has always been to move our city forward and make
Cincinnati the best hometown in the world.
In the coming months, that is what I intend to do. By working to promote economic
development, improve public safety, and support out neighborhoods, we will turn
Cincinnati into a world class city.
